New Mum Post Birth

If you have given birth in the last 12 months its natural to have feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed. I offer talking therapy and short term counselling so you can start to feel more in control, calm and confident in your ability as you adapt to your new life as a mum.

You can have these sessions as often or a little as you like.
